WCR&HCA Convention
As you are likely aware, last month a hurricane swept through the Baja California peninsula, including the Los Cabos area. Since then, we have been in constant contact with our Westin Hotel representative who had initially advised us that the hotel would likely re-open November 1, 2014.
The Westin Hotel has since received an assessment report, and regrettably, due to the extent of the damage incurred, we have been informed that the hotel is not expected to re-open until March 1, 2015 at the earliest.
We are therefore unable to host the WCR&HCA 2015 Convention at the Westin Resort & Spa, or in the Los Cabos area in 2015. ??At this time, we are actively searching for a replacement location, and will advise you as soon as possible of the new venue and destination. As plans have already been made by many of you, our priority is to the keep our Convention dates of February 8 to 11, 2015 intact.
